This argument is confusing to me.
1. I really don't see any argument here.
2. Does Dude realize that the Bay of Pigs invasion was an embarrassment to JFK? I sense he doesn't know about this piece of history OR perhaps I'm simply not following this argument.
3. I don't know if TR and I agree politically; but I think we would get along otherwise. At least, we would enjoy the birthday cake we share.
4. Arsenic & Old Lace endears TR to everyone. I defy anyone to argue that point.
